Return Policy
For a refund or store credit, returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of your order. You will have 14 days after the label is created to deliver it to your neighborhood carrier in order to get a refund. The return label will expire after 14 days, at which point you'll need to get in touch with customer service to get a new one. As a result, the refund will be given as store credit that can be used for future purchases.
A $10 return shipping fee applies to domestic returns, and it will be subtracted from your refund. You won't have to pay return shipping if you choose store credit.
The original order's outgoing shipping costs are not refundable.
Items must be returned with all tags and liners still attached, unwashed, and in their original condition. Kindly ensure that the returned package contains the original order packing slip. Multiple order returns should not be combined, as this will cause processing delays (an extra eight business days after the initial refund is issued). You will only receive a refund back onto the gift card if you used one to purchase your order.
When trying on your purchase for the first time, we ask that you wear underwear.
Returns that don't fit the aforementioned requirements or exhibit wear may be refused at our discretion.
Items tagged as Final Sale are non-refundable.

Domestic Returns:

Complete the steps on the portal to make a return request. Kindly ensure that the returned package contains the original order packing slip. You will receive an email with a pre-paid return shipping label as soon as your return has been created. Please mail your package to any Post Office or USPS location using the label provided.
Self-postage Returns
The returned items may be shipped back at your expense using the shipper of your choosing. To begin a return, go to our returns portal. You will receive a returns slip via email. After your package is shipped, we advise you to insure it and get in touch with our customer service at help@shapewow.com using the tracking number.
REFUNDS
We will let you know if your return is accepted or refused as soon as it is received and examined. Up to seven business days may pass between the date your return tracking information is delivered and this process.
Your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method if your return is approved.
Please be aware that due to different financial organizations' processing times, refunds may not show up in your bank account for three to five business days.
SHIPPING FEES
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
